Procedure Technique

Your Secret RF microneedling session is an in-office treatment that can be performed in about 20 minutes. Prior to treatment, your skin will be cleansed to remove makeup, debris, lotion, or creams. For your comfort, your provider will apply a numbing cream to the skin where the treatment will take place. Many patients find the microneedling sensation on their skin tolerable and do not require additional numbing measures.

What to Expect

There is little to no downtime with the Secret RF procedure. You will be asked to not wash your face nor wear cosmetics on your face for several hours (let your skin heal for awhile). Before leaving your provider's office, they will apply a serum or soothing mask to your skin, which is all you need. You may experience some minor swelling and redness of your skin for 12 – 24 hours. While your skin will not reveal immediate improvements, we know you will still be very excited to see your radiant results! Most Secret RF patients have a series of 2-3 treatments (spaced 4 – 6 weeks apart). Once you have that last treatment, you should see optimal results in three months. If you want to maintain the youthful modifications to your skin, then you will need to have a maintenance treatment every 12 – 18 months.
