No Show / Late Arrival Policy

A No-Show is someone who misses an appointment without canceling it at least 24 hours in advance or who fails to keep a scheduled appointment. In the event a 24 hour notice is not given, a fee of $35 will be charged to your credit card on file. Treatment can not be guaranteed if you arrive more than fifteen minutes late. Clients who cancel, reschedule or arrive late frequently will be required to schedule their appointments on the day they want services, rather than be offered the ability to schedule in advance.

Return Policy

We offer goods and services that are irrevocable. All services, service packages and pre-paid treatments are non-refundable. The price paid may be applied towards other services available at Level Up Med Spa.
