The New Normal Amidst Covid-19 at Level Up Med Spa

To say Covid-19 has impacted our small business would be an understatement. As with countless other local businesses our med spa services had to come to a halt for months amidst the Covid-19 crisis. We understand this not only affected our business but has greatly affected the lives and health of our community as well. Thankfully we are so glad to be turning a corner to a new reopening phase.

Per state and county regulations our med spa has been allowed to reopen with limited services during this first phase of reopening. This is a great relief as we are able to begin service to our loyal and patients customers and be back in business again!

As we begin to reopen the way we operate has changed. The impact of Covid-19 has brought new standards and protocols into our practice to ensure the highest cleanliness for our staff and clients. Our doctor run practice is committed to delivering the safest treatments to limit the spread of Covid-19. This new normal means:

Appointments Only

To ensure proper social distancing we will only be treating clients by appointment only. As well as allowing a limited number of patients in our med spa at one time. This means if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment we ask that you call to notify us as soon as possible as this will be important in helping us practice proper social distancing.

Limited Services

As per new reopening regulations set forth by the state we will be allowed to operate limited services in this first phase of reopening. We are pleased to offer consultations for other services virtually and by appointment in our med spa.

Heightened Cleaning & Safety Standards

We have implemented new safety standards and protocols. This includes new sanitizing schedules for our team to keep our spa as clean as possible. As well as new a new intake process for all incoming clients. We will be conducting a health screening for all patients to ensure they do not have a fever or any symptoms that could potentially be exposed to others. All will be required to wear a mask. Our team will be using PPE face shields, gloves and masks for elevated safety. Please refer to our Covid-19 Safety Standards for more information. 

We are so thankful to be back in business serving our community. We thank our loyal customers and community for your patience during these very different times. Though this global pandemic has shaken our normal operations, we feel these new processes will bring beneficial changes to our practice.
